At The Scrub Life, we want you to feel as good as you look in your medical apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your garments are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your scrubs.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
